Visual Aids to Thinking Thin

Today in Lucy Prideaux‘s lessons I was instructed to visualize and draw the steps to increasing my metabolism.  I am no artist but I’ll give it a shot any way. The instructions say to picture a flame (your metabolism) buring in your stomach and surround it with the five steps you need to keep it burning strongly. They are:

  • Balanced meals
  • Avoid carbohydrates
  • Avoid large meals
  • Exercise before breakfast
  • Resistance training (my wording)
  • I added a sixth item…a reminder to SLOW down and enjoy my food

At times the cause of the inferiority complex may be residing in a person’s subconscious since childhood for having been insulted by being called stupid or dumb, or it may be something that emerged in adult life perhaps because he or she couldn’t go to college or get as good a job as other friends etc. Whatever the reason, it’s not simple to answer how to get rid of an inferiority complex. However, some basic tips are given below that would help you see yourself in a different, and hopefully, a better light.
