Oprah again talks about why she will never diet again!
Early in the history of this blog we covered Paul McKenna’s 4 rules for losing weight and keeping it off. They were:

The fact is, you are who you are, and your weight is not based solely on what you eat, but also on your metabolism, whom your parents are, what your genes are like, and how you live your life. I shouldn’t be surprised to find this video on weight loss and changing our mind set. What Sue is saying fits right along with my other favorite weight loss gurus (Paul McKenna, and Carol Solomon).

Marna Goldstein Thrall has discovered this truth and shares the first steps to learning to accept and love ourselves and letting go of the fat self-image we have held on to for so many years.
